Job Description
·
To be responsible for
the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and
completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy,
commitments and goals.
·
Lead the planning and
implementation of project
·
Facilitate the
definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
·
Define project tasks
and resource requirements
·
Develop full scale
project plans
·
Assemble and
coordinate project staff
·
Manage project budget
·
Manage project
resource allocation
·
Plan and schedule
project timelines
·
Track project
deliverables using appropriate tools
·
Provide direction and
support to project team
·
Quality assurance
·
Constantly monitor
and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
·
Present reports
defining project progress, problems and solutions
·
Implement and manage
project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
·
Project evaluations
and assessment of results
·
Responsible for
signing off client UAT
Key
Skills :
·
A good understanding
of the characteristics of projects, over the project life cycle.
·
Good working
knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques.
·
Good knowledge of
construction industry technical matters, such as the different procurement
routes, infrastructure/non-infrastructure construction process and process
technology etc.
·
Good judgement of
programme, time & quality with ability to resolve issues.
·
Good understanding of
project performance metrics including Earned Value Management.
·
Producing high
quality work to agreed timescales.
·
Work and communicate
with others at all levels.
·
Effectively present
and discuss ideas and plans.
·
Able to make
systematic rational judgements in solving posed problems. Excellent verbal and
written communications, including detailed reports and presentations.
·
